A great bargain
I got a good deal for the price I paid. My machine arrived undamaged and worked when I set it up. I did have to adjust 1 screw on 1 of the mirrors to get the laser in focus. It wasn't that hard to do. I found lots of videos on YouTube that helped and there was a user manual that explained how to align them too. The blue exhaust tube was kind of short and flimsy, so I replaced it. I use the software that came with the machine and have not had any issues with that either. I did have to enter in a 16 digit code to my PC to get the device to initialize before engraving. The 16 digit code is easy to see and on the mother board right under the controls. So far I have used it to make rubber stamps. I get good quality from the machine. I needed it to do fine print and details like eyelashes and ... I got a good deal for the price I paid. Laser fires but something was off. On inspection the mirrors were fouled and scratched to the point the laser is damaging them, lens was cracked. I had ordered a new lens to have in case but the mirrors I did not expect to order until I could make sure which model I got. It sits until I get replacement parts in. The k40s aren't supposed to be amazing, but I did expect it to at least work well enough to cut from the start. It does not. Consider this a non functioning starter kit, and order replacement parts when you order it, or before.Laser fires but something was off. After I first receive the machine I could not figure out how to power on, but I was able to reach out and get assistance right away. I did leave a negative feedback and I am truly sorry for that. Have not got a chance to use but it is up and the power is now on. Can’t wait to completely finish hooking everything up and start using it. Again thanks .

It arrived quickly & worked out of the box without any adjustments! It could totally come with more user information/ helpful tips.. but I guess none of them do. YouTube for the win! I am happy with the machine and still trying to figure it out😁
