I am loving creating Halloween files, it really is one of my favourite seasons. Thus here is another cute Free Layered Spooky SVG For Halloween. I think this is going to be my favourite project of the season, having a great mix of spookiness and cuteness. I mean come on, how cute are those googly eyes?

Making Your Spooky SVG/PNG On Cricut

Upload your Spooky SVG files to Cricut Design Space, follow these instructions if you need help doing this. Firstly you will need to ensure all layers line up correctly, they should, however if they don’t, click on the padlock on the top bar to files to adjust.

Once you are happy, colour all the layers of your Spooky file using the pictures on this page as a guide. The Colours I used are….

  • 1. Black glitter for the top layer.
  • 2. Purple glitter for the second layer.
  • 3. Green for layer 3.
  • 4. Orange glitter for layer 4.
  • 5. White glitter for the back layer.

Cutting Your Spooky SVG On Cricut

When you send your Spooky SVG/PNG files to your Cricut to cut, ensure you use your brayer to roll the paper, vinyl or card to adhere to the mat. Note that movement will affect the cut. 

How To Build Your Back To Spooky SVG Layered File

Firstly start by making sure all the layers line up and every layer is the correct way round, then flip all of the layers over.

How to build up your layers

Next, turn the back layer over and apply glue to the second orange layer and attach to the back. Then apply glue dot to the back go the green layer and attach to the orange layer. Lastly repeat this with the purple and black layers to complete your spooky halloween sign.

How To Get Your Free Spooky SVG/PNG Files

Click here of the the image below to get your free downloadable Spooky SVG/png files and follow these instructions to add to Cricut Design Space. Don’t forget to turn off any pop up blockers. Note if you are using Glowforge you need SVG files to cut the image out of wood or acrylic. Or Png or SVG to engrave.
