An electrical engineer by training, David worked for a major printer company prior to starting Conde Systems, the country's largest and most inventive sublimation supply house. For almost 30 years, David has been instrumental in the development of the sublimation industry, new products and new processes. He is probably the most knowledgeable person in the sublimation industry.
Steve Spence has been working in the sublimation industry since 1990 with the very beginning of modern sublimation. In that time, he has not only owned two engraving/sublimation businesses, but has taught sublimation throughout the USA and Canada as the lead instructor for Sublimation University. Along with running a business, he also has written hundreds of articles for trade magazines, especially for the Engravers Journal. He has also written several self-published manuals and produced several videos about sublimation.
