CNC vacuum pump producer Republic Mfg. acquires Joost

DALLAS, Texas – Republic Manufacturing, a producer of pumps used for woodworking CNC vacuum hold down, has acquired Joost Industrial LLC.

Joost is a longtime distributor of Republic's blowers, vacuum pumps, and air knives. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

“Joost offers an exciting opportunity for Republic to strengthen its product and service offering in the Rocky Mountain and western regions of the United States,” said Zach Goff, CEO of Republic Manufacturing.

Joost founder Jeff Joost will join Republic Manufacturing as general manager. 

Founded in 1962 and based in Dallas, Republic Manufacturing provides turnkey solutions for industries including: woodworking, metal fabrication, print and paper, food and beverage, packaging, medical, pharmaceutical, chemical, environmental & OEM machine manufacturers.
